Role description:

Evoca is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who will lead large and complex banking and IT projects, ensuring their comprehensive management, effective collaboration among stakeholders, and timely delivery of results. This position is intended for a specialist with strong banking experience, a good understanding of the IT environment, and the ability to confidently lead cross-functional projects.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

What will you be doing?

- lead large and complex projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure;
- develop and monitor detailed project plans, phases, risks, dependencies and resources;
- coordinate effective collaboration between business units, IT teams, vendors and senior management;
- ensure control over project scope, timelines, priorities and quality;
- identify issues in a timely manner, propose solutions, and ensure necessary escalation;
- participate in business requirements formulation, solution evaluation and implementation management;
- prepare management reports, project status summaries and presentations;
- contribute to the improvement of project management approaches and processes within the department.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

What skills are we looking for?

- higher education in economics, management or finance;
- at least 5 years of work experience in a bank;
- successful experience managing complex and cross-functional projects;
- experience working with ArmSoft / Armenian Software systems (mandatory);
- strong experience with IT projects, IT teams and technical solutions;
- in-depth knowledge of banking systems, processes and interactions;
- strong skills in risk management, stakeholder management and performance monitoring;
- high-level communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility;
- good knowledge of Armenian and Russian (good knowledge of English considered an advantage);
- advanced experience with Jira, Confluence and project reporting tools;
- experience in vendor management, testing/UAT and business analysis;
- professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or Product Owner.
