ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

The Transport Operations Developer region Eurasia is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal compliance standards and the efficiency of international transport and related operations of Zeppelin International, as well as cost optimization.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Overseeing the logistics departments of Zeppelin International dealerships in the Eurasia region in the area of Primary products transport operations, including the full import/export cycle of machinery, equipment, and generator sets;
- Participating in the development of growth strategies and monitoring their implementation in the field of efficient import and export transport operations for machinery, in line with overall corporate development trends;
- Monitoring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) of the Zeppelin International Supply Chain Management Department, as well as local logistics departments, in organizing import and export transport operations and cooperation with freight forwarding companies, including transportation services provided by suppliers of machinery, components, and generator sets;
- Monitoring the department’s budget related to import and export transport operations, including variance analysis;
- Developing and implementing operating procedures for coordinating all types of international transportation and interaction schemes both with internal stakeholders and external parties, including government authorities, in the areas of export control and customs procedures;
- Being responsible for monitoring compliance with interaction procedures in transport operations with other company departments and resolving disputed situations;
- Supporting the Director of the Zeppelin International Supply Chain Management Department in managing transport logistics activities and administering sales processes, both core and supporting, to ensure timely and proper organization of transport logistics for machinery, equipment, and generator sets;
- Implementing established logistics and supply policies, procedures, and practices to meet the company’s short- and medium-term needs;
- Participating in the management and coordination of projects related to the development of transport operations, as well as other associated logistics activities, to support business operations in the Eurasia region

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education degree;
- At least 5 years of experience in transport logistics management and/or project logistics;
- In-depth understanding of international transportation organization principles and transport flow management;
- Personnel management skills in the field of transport logistics;
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing international transport activities;
- Experience in budgeting, budget analysis, forecasting, and planning in transport logistics;
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations;
- English language proficiency (spoken and written) at least at Intermediate level;
- Russian language (spoken and written) at least at Intermediate level;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience in their implementation in transport logistics;
- Experience working with and/or implementing supplier performance management systems.
