ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ : 

A reputable and well-established organization with a strong market presence is looking to appoint an experienced Chief Executive & Financial Officer (CEFO) to lead both strategic direction and financial oversight.
This role is designed for a senior executive who can balance high-level leadership responsibilities with deep financial expertise and governance experience.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ : 

- Define and lead the overall strategic vision and executive direction of the organization;
- Take full responsibility for financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning;
- Ensure robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management;
- Serve as a primary liaison with shareholders, stakeholders, and the board
- Drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ : 

- Demonstrated experience in a senior executive role (CEFO, CEO, CFO, or similar);
- Strong expertise in finance, corporate strategy, and executive decision-making;
- Proven track record working within established, complex organizations;
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and risk control;
- Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- High ethical standards with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
- English - fluent;
- Russian - fluent;
- Armenian - fluent.
