ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ : 

A reputable and well-established organization with a strong market presence is looking to appoint an experienced Chief Executive & Financial Officer (CEFO) to lead both strategic direction and financial oversight.
This role is designed for a senior executive who can balance high-level leadership responsibilities with deep financial expertise and governance experience.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ : 

• Define and lead the overall strategic vision and executive direction of the organization
• Take full responsibility for financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning
• Ensure robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management
• Serve as a primary liaison with shareholders, stakeholders, and the board
• Drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ : 

• Demonstrated experience in a senior executive role (CEFO, CEO, CFO, or similar)
• Strong expertise in finance, corporate strategy, and executive decision-making
• Proven track record working within established, complex organizations
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and risk control
• Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• High ethical standards with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
