Weʼre not hiring someone to “assist with classes.” Weʼre looking for someone to own the learning experience, and to make every AI Qez Ban session feel warm, smooth, and worth coming back to, whether 100 or 1,000 learners are in the room.
Who we are AI Qez Ban is Armeniaʼs largest AI learning community, built by Lumiverse (formerly reArmenia Academy). We teach people to think AI-first and solve real problems with AI. Our courses for teachers (endorsed by the Ministry of Education), project managers, and professionals across fields have already reached 10,000+ learners. Next goal: one million AI-literate Armenians within 5 years. Youʼll work in a small, fast team alongside AI agents, building how education works at scale. Weʼre learner-first: when something goes wrong, we assume itʼs on us and fix it fast.
The role in one line You own the full experience of every AI Qez Ban online class, so learners feel supported and teachers can focus on teaching. Youʼll work in a hybrid team of people and AI agents.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
What youʼll do - Host live classes. Open each session, introduce teachers, run Q&A, polls, and breaks, keep the energy up, and close with clear next steps. - Own the learner experience. Before class: prepare Zoom, materials, and forms. During class: solve access and tech issues. After class: share recordings, follow up on homework, and collect feedback. No learner should feel lost or treated like a ticket. - Support teachers. Review session flow and materials with teachers in advance, handle logistics during class, and pass along the questions and signals that matter. - Build AI-first operations. Create checklists, templates, and workflows, and decide where AI and automation help and where a human needs to step in. Growth should make the system smarter, not the experience colder. - Your first mission Map the learner journey, write the class playbook, host the classes, and fix gaps before they become patterns.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
Who you are - Fluent, professional Armenian and English (spoken and written) - Comfortable speaking to large groups. Experience hosting events, workshops, online sessions, student clubs, or teaching counts. - Organized and reliable: you track many details and donʼt drop the small ones - Calm under pressure: when something breaks live, you solve it on the spot - You enjoy helping people and respond quickly and patiently - You already use AI tools and want to build with them - You take ownership, fix things without waiting for instructions, and take direct feedback well - You believe in making Armenia AI-literate
Full focus required. This is a full-time role, not a side gig. Weʼre looking for someone who isnʼt juggling other jobs or freelance projects.
