Credit Sovereign Group, a real estate investment
bank located in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. and founded in 1966, is in
process of establishing Credit Sovereign (Armenia), a full service
commercial real estate brokerage and advisory house, specializing in
investment property sales, vacant land brokerage, landlord and
tenant lease representation, research and advise. Credit Sovereign
(Armenia) will operate within Credit Sovereign Group framework in
providing commercial real estate advisory services to its clients.
The cornerstone of Credit Sovereign (Armenia) activities will be
assisting foreign real estate operators in Armenia. In addition, the
Company will act as tenant representative for foreign companies and
organizations. Although the activities will be focused on foreign
clients and operators, local market participants will also be served.
