JOB DESCRIPTION: 
SoHo Patisserie and Chocolaterie is looking for a Business Development Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for business development. The ideal candidate is a motivated, energetic and hardworking individual, who is ready to have his/ her own contribution in a developing company and grow with it. He/ she enjoys fast-paced, positive-minded working environment, where his/ her hard work, dedication and accomplishing goals are rewarded with highly competitive compensation.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Achieve sales growth and hit sales target set for him/ her;
- Research and build prospective clients/ vendors database;
- Connect with prospective clients through email and phone to offer the Company's products and services;
- Organize proactive meetings, maintain relationships with clients and vendors;
- Manage SMM (Facebook, Instagram);
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives;
- Develop a marketing communications plan, including strategy, goals, budget and tactics;
- Make financial analysis and reports;
- Control customer service quality;
- Carry out internet researches and answer email inquiries;
- Write and produce presentations and reports, prepare proposals;
- Organize events if needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong sales and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work well with clients/ vendors and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner;
- Ability to work with clients/ vendors of different cultures and with different expectations;
- Ability to address client's ideas, suggestions and concerns and implement them whenever possible;
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Excellent research and analytical skills and flexibility;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate person with attention to details;
- Self-motivated person with a positive and professional approach;
- Strong character: a sharp and goal-oriented person.
