JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Role description:
Evoca is looking for a Card Technologies and Operations Specialist who will handle phone calls related to card inquiries, provide professional support on payment card functions and issue resolution and manage the ticketing system by ensuring proper processing, routing to the appropriate teams and monitoring completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

What will you be doing?

- develop proposals to improve, automate and optimize card functions and processes;
- analyze recurring issues and present automation tasks to the digital committee;
- ensure effective correspondence and phone support with collaborating partners;
- analyze inquiries and issues received from customers, provide clarifications and support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

What skills are we looking for?
- have at least 2 years of experience in the banking sector;
- have excellent Armenian and good knowledge of Russian and English;
- know business processes and internal regulations related to payment cards;
- possess analytical and creative thinking;
- demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills;
- understand business ethics principles;
- show initiative and high sense of responsibility;
- work effectively in a team;
- demonstrate time management skills;
- learn quickly and show willingness to learn;
- adapt to changes flexibly;
- know MS Word and Excel (knowledge of PowerPoint considered an advantage);
- have excellent knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 system.
