JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Your Role
Children of Armenia Charitable Fund is looking for an enthusiastic and proficient Communications and Content Specialist to join its Communications team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving communication strategies, and crafting compelling content to support our mission in rural communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Your Team
You'll be joining the Communications team and will work under the direct leadership of COAF Communications Manager. More specifically.
Content Development (60%):
- Develop content for posters, brochures, booklets, leaflets, presentations, pitch decks, reports and other marketing and information materials;
- Develop annual report ensuring transparency and accountability of activities in close cooperation with the graphic designer;
- Create appropriate content to showcase program impact;
- Write scripts and captions for various videos;
- Create and update content for websites managed by COAF - coaf.org, concepthotel.am, visitdebedcanyon.am;
- Create blog articles and success stories;
- Create and distribute press releases (in English) and work with journalists for possible collaborations;
- Conduct research to implement relevant professional improvements and innovative approaches.
Donor Communications (30%):
- Use email marketing and CRM toolkit, be responsible for the entire process of monthly newsletter creation, including effective selection of email titles and use of the right keywords, as well as appropriate analysis to ensure continued growth in email engagement rates;
- Participate in the creation of content for proposals, programs and grant applications;
- Participate in the creative brainstorming process for fundraising campaigns;
- Collaborate with the Communications and Development teams to create compelling fundraising materials, leveraging research and data analysis to customize messaging and approaches for different donor segments.
Marketing Communications (10%):
- Create marketing materials for the COAF Concept and Visitor Center by COAF social enterprises, including brochures, presentations, flyers and other relevant materials;
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to acquire new and retain existing customers.

You
COAF is expecting your best and requires that:
You Have:
- Minimum 4 years of content creation experience, preferably in a non-profit and/or marketing and sales environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (close to native) in English and Armenian, including the ability to create data-driven fundraising materials and deliver persuasive presentations;
- Grant/proposal writing experience;
- Techniques of WordPress website content management;
- Proficiency in using donor management software or email marketing systems.
