JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Inecobank is looking for a candidate for the position of Head of Learning and Professional Development Division. The best results are received by a team devoted to one common idea. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Manage and develop internal learning development, including digitization programs, improve Implementation of processes related to training and perform new programs;
- Ensure relationships with the Bank's external partners related to training development program;
- Implement external market research, introduce and realize suggestions for the development of training processes;
- Organize and implement staff learning and training processes;
- Manage new employees learning program;
- Implement processes of automation and optimization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education, preferably in Finance and Economics;
- At least 3 years of leadership working experience;
- Knowledge of:
a) Banking;
b) Law of the RA on bank secrecy;
c) Banking legislation;
d) Awareness of inside and outside markets training industry;
f) other HR fields;
- Leadership and decision making skills;
- Initiative;
- Communication skills;
- Public speaking skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Strategic planning skills;
- Analytical and creative thinking;
- Project management skills;
- Constructive and well-advised thinking;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Good command of MS Office.
