RESPONSIBILITIES: 
.
Your Team
You will be joining the COAF Infrastructure team and working under the leadership of the Senior Infrastructure Manager. Your duties will include:
Project initiation (25%)
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, beneficiaries etc. to determine all
the specifications of the project (from start to finish);
- Check the drawings and volume provided by the architectural company;
- Negotiate contracts, prepare tenders (including tender documents) with external vendors to reach profitable agreements;
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate local, regional, and national authorities.
Project planning and execution (70%)
- Plan and manage all construction operations and define tasks and timelines, coordinate across departments, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery;
- Organize and oversee construction processes and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner;
- Coordinate tasks by different people on different construction sites;
- Identify, assess and manage internal and external risks and develop proactive ways to address them;
- Control and if necessary acquire equipment and materials to timely handle inadequacies;
- Determine the necessary resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to make the contractor more proactive and efficient from start to finish;
- Supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and technical supervisors, and give them guidance when needed to make sure all quality requirements of the project are met;
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed and regular reports for management;
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues;
- Check the executive acts submitted by the contractor, and in case of disagreements, resolve them.
Proposals (5%)
- Come up with proposals aimed at increasing the quality, budget control and time efficiency of the COAF infrastructure projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

You
Children of Armenia Charitable Fund is expecting your best and requires that
You Know
- Architecture, civil/ structural engineering or building science and you have a degree in the mentioned fields;
- Construction procedures, materials and project management principles;
- Quality control and health and safety standards;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Excellent Armenian (both verbal and written) and fluent in English;
- Knowledge of Russian with technical terminology is a plus.

- Use AutoCAD, information technology and Google Workspace;

- Experienced infrastructure/ construction project manager with 5+ years of proven experience;
- Ready for professional development;
- Ready to work within a team environment;
- Socially responsible and can manage good relationships with public authorities and service providers;
- Life-long learner;
- Responsible and accountable.
