Role description:

Evoca is looking for a Product Manager (Credit Line) who will be responsible for developing and launching new online lending products in line with the bank’s digitalization strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

What will you be doing?

- organizing and implementing the digitalization processes of existing loan products;
- developing, analyzing, and continuously enhancing digital loan products;
- managing new and existing loan products and performing in-depth analysis of the loan portfolio;
- regularly reviewing, assessing, and optimizing product-related processes;
- collaborating and communicating effectively with external partners;
- preparing analytical reports and presenting them to management;
- quickly navigating complex situations, solving problems, and conducting constructive discussions;
- identifying technical issues arising in the online lending process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

What skills are we looking for?

- higher education in Economics, Finance or a related field;
- at least 2 years of experience in the digitalization of consumer and business loans;
- excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation and lending processes;
- knowledge of modern digital technologies and product management tools;
- strong teamwork skills;
- ability to make quick and well-reasoned decisions;
- proactiveness and a high sense of responsibility;
- strong analytical, strategic and flexible thinking skills;
- good command of MS Word, MS Excel and AS-Bank software;
- negotiation and conflict management skills;
- excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English.
