JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Role description:

Evoca is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement.

What will you be doing?

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market;
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote that bank’s products;
- Plan, execute, and evaluate product marketing projects from concept to launch;
- Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for product marketing initiatives;
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns to drive awareness and demand for products;
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives;
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization;
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to define product positioning and messaging;
- Gather input from customers and stakeholders to refine product marketing strategies and offerings;
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation;
- Track expenses and maintain financial accountability throughout all projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

What skills are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA degree preferred;
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or project management, preferably in a bank, fintech or a related industry;
- Proven experience in managing successful product launches and marketing campaigns;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders;
- Proficiency in project management and marketing tools.
