JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Program Associate will support the implementation and coordination of AGBU’s Teachers Training Program, ensuring the smooth delivery of Program activities, effective communication with participants and stakeholders, and timely execution of operational tasks. The role will contribute to the successful expansion of the initiative by supporting program planning, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.
The Program Associate will work closely with the Program Manager and relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality program delivery aligned with organizational goals and the objectives of the Teachers Training Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Implementation & Coordination
- Support the day-to-day implementation of the Teachers Training Program, ensuring activities are delivered according to established timelines, quality standards, and Program objectives;
- Coordinate program activities, including training schedules, participant communication, logistics, and follow-up processes;
- Maintain accurate program documentation, records, and databases;
- Support the preparation and organization of Program materials, reports, presentations, and other relevant documents;
- Identify operational challenges and support timely resolution in coordination with the Program Manager.
Participant & Stakeholder Communication
- Manage communication with program participants, including application processes, onboarding, training updates, and feedback collection;
- Support communication with trainers, partner organizations, and other stakeholders involved in program delivery;
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, workshops, and program events;
- Ensure timely collection and management of participant information and feedback.
Program Administration & Operations
- Support administrative processes related to program implementation, including procurement requests, contracts, invoices, and documentation follow-up;
- Assist in coordinating logistics for training sessions, including venues, materials, attendance tracking, and technical requirements;
- Maintain organized program files and ensure relevant information is properly documented;
- Support the preparation of internal updates and program progress reports.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Support the collection, organization, and analysis of program data, including participant engagement, attendance, and feedback;
- Assist in monitoring Program outcomes and maintaining relevant tracking tools;
- Contribute to the preparation of Program reports and impact documentation.
Program Development & Improvement
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to improve Program processes and participant experience;
- Support research, benchmarking, and preparation of materials related to education and workforce development initiatives;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and scaling of the Teachers Training Program.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education (Bachelor's degree or higher) in a relevant field;
- At least 1 year of experience in Program coordination, program support, education programs, nonprofit initiatives, or related fields;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English.
