JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The "Children of Armenia" Charitable Fund (COAF) is seeking a Psychologist to join its team and provide psychological services and counseling for children and their families in COAF beneficiary villages, as well as conduct awareness raising interventions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provide diagnostics, preventive, developmental, corrective, educational psychological services and counseling;
- Conduct assessment and primary diagnoses of beneficiary children, create individual development plans;
- Conduct assessment of preschool and school-age children to identify child development disorders and peculiarities;
- Conduct individual and group work with preschool and school-age children based on assessment;
- Regularly inform parents/ legal representatives about the work with children by making them direct participants in those activities;
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure maximum results and a holistic approach;
- Travel to the regions of Armavir and Aragatsotn of RA on regular basis;
- Support other initiatives upon request.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in Psychology;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Psychologist;
- Experience in implementation of different psychological programs;
- Experience in working with children;
- Innovative, creative and proactive person;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
- Native speaker of Armenian language; good knowledge of English language is a plus;
- Ability to work efficiently in a multi-disciplinary team;
- Strong IT skills; team player;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Consider yourself a "lifelong learner";
- High sense of responsibility.
