Role description:
Evoca is seeking an SME Lending Senior Specialist who will be responsible for attracting new clients and identifying their business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

What will you be doing?

• attract SME clients, establish and maintain business relationships;
• service the loan portfolio;
• prepare credit files, present loan applications to credit committees and manage the loan processing workflow;
• conduct negotiations with problematic clients;
• perform other tasks assigned by the department head.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in economics, accounting or finance;
• at least 2 years of experience in SME customer service and lending;
• excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation and lending processes;
• knowledge of AS Bank 4.0 system;
• excellent communication skills;
• client acquisition and sales skills;
• negotiation and conflict management skills;
• strong analytical thinking;
• good knowledge of Russian and English.
