JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Inecobank is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Division Senior Specialist to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Participate in the development of Division and annual planning process, implement individual and teamwork projects;
- Realize regular analysis of ongoing work and key indicators, make reports for the purposes of improvements;
- Implement permanent market research for ensuring "Headhunting" process activity and continuity, separate potential candidates and explore their activity and working experience changes;
- Form an ideal candidate's profile, choose productive search options, manage interview structure and process, implement the decision for selecting the best candidate;
- Search talents from different social and professional platforms, from networks as well as participate in various conferences and seminars. Organize meetings, as a result, choose the most relevant candidate from market;
- Ensure feedbacks to candidates who considered but not selected for professional positions, implement competitions process summary, analyze and coordinate the data;
- Form and introduce offers to appropriate candidates, confirm cooperation agreement;
- Cooperate with companies of job announcement platforms and universities so that to increase the number of applicants and involve the best students in accordance with the requirements of the Bank, as well as increase the employer recognition participating in the job markets and various events;
- Organize and implement new employees' onboarding process for the key positions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Excellent understanding of work processes and Human Resource Management mechanisms;
- Excellent understanding of "Sourcing", "Headhunting", "Executive Search" mechanisms and tools;
- Good knowledge of project management basics;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; good knowledge of Russian language;
- Excellent command of MS Office.

- Ability to orientate quickly in communication, delicacy;
- Initiative person;
- Creative and flexible thinking.
