JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role description:Evoca is looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems, efficiently resolving technical issues, and maintaining the network infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
What will you be doing?- Identify and manage of technical issues;
- Ensure smooth functioning of the equipment;
- Manage system access;
- Provide continuous technical support;
- Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
What skills is Evoca looking for?- Higher technical education;
- At least a year’s work experience in the IT field;
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN;
- Good knowledge of operating systems, network computing and hardware;
- Command of technical English will be a big plus;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Flexibility and strong practical mind;
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
