ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
Public Journalism Club (PJC) is looking for an experienced Communications Officer to join our team.
The Communications Officer will coordinate both PJC’s overall communications and the communications and strategic communications activities of individual projects. The role also involves directly developing, editing and publishing communication materials, including content related to the EU–Armenia Visa Liberalisation Dialogue and the reforms associated with this process.
The Communications Officer will be responsible for PJC’s communications and visibility activities, helping ensure that complex legal, public policy and reform-related information is presented accurately, clearly and in a way that is accessible to the public.
Experience or a good understanding of EU–Armenia relations, the visa liberalisation process, related reforms or relevant public policy areas will be considered an advantage.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Coordinate and implement PJC’s overall communications, editorial planning and key messaging, ensuring consistency and coherence across the organisation’s communications.
- Coordinate communications and strategic communications activities under individual projects and align them with PJC’s overall communication approach.
- Contribute to the development of the Communication and Visibility Strategy and Action Plan for an EU-supported project and coordinate their implementation in cooperation with the project team and partners.
- Coordinate and manage communications across PJC’s website, social media pages and other online resources, ensuring regular planning, production, publication and updating of content.
- Develop, write, edit and publish communication materials for PJC and its projects, including content for the website, social media, digital platforms, Media Center activities, public discussions and other events.
- Coordinate and directly contribute to the development of explanatory and awareness-raising materials, FAQs, “myth vs. fact” content, pre-bunking materials, videos, social media content and other communication products.
- Coordinate the development and regular updating of content for the project’s Resource Platform, including directly preparing, editing and publishing materials when needed.
- Provide editorial guidance and support for PJC’s online resources, Media Center activities, regional outreach, engagement with journalists and other project-related communications.
- Coordinate the review and approval of communication materials in cooperation with the PJC team, subject-matter experts and partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators across social media and other digital platforms, assess content performance and suggest improvements to topics, formats or presentation when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with EU and other donor communication and visibility requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy, impartiality and inclusiveness of published materials and respect for human rights, while taking into account potential risks related to people’s safety, the organisation’s reputation and public communication.
- Follow developments in the media and information environment, particularly discussions related to project themes, and propose clarifying or preventive communication responses when needed.
- Contribute to other communications and coordination tasks as required.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- University degree in communications, journalism, media, public relations, political science, international relations or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in strategic communications, journalism, media, public relations or public information.
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and public awareness campaigns.
- Strong editorial skills and experience in independently developing and editing content, coordinating content production and ensuring its quality.
- Experience preparing and publishing content for websites, social media and other digital platforms, as well as coordinating their day-to-day management.
- Ability to turn complex political, legal or reform-related information into clear, understandable and publicly accessible content.
- Good understanding of Armenia’s media and information environment.
- Knowledge of or professional experience related to EU–Armenia relations, European integration, migration, visa liberalisation, human rights and/or related reforms will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in work related to disinformation, media literacy, evidence-based communication and/or EU- or other donor-funded projects will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken Armenian and English.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, online tools, and AI tools.
