Role description:

Evoca is looking for a Digital Applications and Online Banking Development Specialist to contribute to the development of the Bank's digital channels by ensuring the design, development and continuous enhancement of mobile applications and online banking services. The role also involves introducing new digital capabilities and improving the overall digital customer experience.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

What will you be doing?

- develop mobile applications and online banking services in line with the Bank's digital transformation strategy;
- plan, design and implement new features and functionalities for mobile applications and online banking platforms;
- propose improvements to existing digital services and enhance the overall user experience (UX);
- research customer needs, market trends and competitive solutions to identify opportunities for new digital services;
- gather, analyze and align business and functional requirements with relevant stakeholders;
- develop and maintain the product roadmap for mobile applications and online banking services, while coordinating implementation activities;
- collaborate with IT, UX/UI, testing and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions;
- analyze the performance, usage metrics and customer feedback related to digital applications and online banking services to identify opportunities for further development.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

What skills are we looking for?

- bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Economics or another relevant field;
- at least 3 years of professional experience in digital product development, mobile applications, online services or banking product development;
- PMP, Product Owner or Scrum Master certification will be considered an advantage;
experience in developing product roadmaps and managing digital product development;
- proven experience coordinating projects and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders and technology partners;
- knowledge of the banking legislation and banking services of the Republic of Armenia will be considered an advantage;
- ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- strong organizational and leadership skills;
- proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility;
- excellent command of English and Russian.
