Role description:
Evoca is seeking a Product Markting Manager who has worked specifically with QR and payment processing systems.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

What will you be doing?

- conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market;
- develop and implement marketing strategies to promote that bank’s products;
- plan, execute, and evaluate product marketing projects from concept to launch;
- create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for product marketing initiatives;
- coordinate and execute promotional campaigns to drive awareness and demand for products;
- monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives;
- analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization;
- cooperate with partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and ad tools;
- collaborate with product development and sales teams to define product positioning and messaging;
- facilitate regular meetings with teams to provide updates, gather feedback, and address challenges;
- gather input from customers and stakeholders to refine product marketing strategies and offerings;
- develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation;
- track expenses and maintain financial accountability throughout all projects.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

What skills are we looking for?
- bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA degree preferred;
- international certification is a plus;
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or project management, preferably in a bank, fintech or a related industry;
- proven experience in managing successful product launches and marketing campaigns;
- strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of market research and competitive analysis;
- effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders;
- proficiency in project management and marketing tools.
