ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ : 

BECKMAN&CO. is looking for an experienced Restaurant Director to oversee daily operations, ensure high service standards, and manage the overall performance of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and financial management skills.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ : 

- Full operational management of the restaurant;
- Team leadership, hiring, training, and performance control;
- Financial management, budgeting, and cost control;
- Ensuring service quality, hygiene, and internal standards;
- Monitoring KPIs and preparing regular reports;
- Handling guest feedback and operational issues.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ : 

- Proven experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial indicators;
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian, English languages.
