TERM: 

Full-time (with occasional evening work required)

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

- Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement approach
- Foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity within the community
- Support the organization and implementation of online and in-person events
- Assist in participant recruitment and communication (correspondence, calls, info sessions)
- Collect and manage program data (e.g., participants, attendance, feedback), and support data entry into the AGBU CRM system
- Support communication and outreach activities (social media, dissemination, partnerships)
- Monitor participant communications across various platforms
- Coordinate with the Armenian Virtual College (AVC) on the “Workplace Fundamentals” course, including tracking participant progress on the platform and follow-ups when needed
- Participate in training sessions when necessary to monitor participant attendance and engagement
- Support the preparation of quarterly reports
- Perform other program-related duties and assignments as required by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, social sciences, or a related field;
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in socio-economic or educational programs, community work, or a related field;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English;
- Experience in engaging community members and external stakeholders (e.g. employers or program partners);
- Experience in organizing and coordinating both online and in-person events;
- Ability to manage sensitive communications with participants;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster an inclusive, and engaging community environment;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Good knowledge of digital communication tools (Zoom, email platforms, social media) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Ability to support reporting and program monitoring processes;
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and collaboration with educational institutions.
