YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist to join Concept Hotel & Conference Center by COAF.
In this role, you will lead the growth of corporate events, retreats, and team-building services. You will attract and engage corporate clients, develop tailored offers, and manage the full client journey from first contact to successful event delivery.
Working on-site in Lori Region, you will transform the unique combination of nature, the SMART Center ecosystem, and COAF’s mission into compelling corporate experiences that cannot be replicated elsewhere in Armenia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify, approach, and attract new corporate clients for events, retreats, and team-building programs.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Represent Concept Hotel at business meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
- Develop and continuously improve event and team-building packages tailored to different client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle incoming inquiries, prepare offers, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, F&B, activities, logistics) to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and insights to improve sales strategies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

By taking on the role of Corporate Sales Specialist, you will be based on-site at Concept Hotel & Conference Center in Lori Region․ In this role, you will work closely with both the hotel team and the Communications, Development, and other departments, contributing to the effective delivery of services and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or event management Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
- Existing network of corporate clients or partners.
