Who we are
AI Qez Ban (aiqezban.ai) is an AI education program by Lumiverse (formerly reArmenia Academy). We teach an AI-first mindset, not just tools: how to solve real problems with AI and become ~10x more productive. More than 10,000 people have already joined our courses and webinars. These include programs for teachers (endorsed by the Ministry of Education), project managers, and professionals across fields. Our next goal is 1,000,000 AI-literate Armenians.
The role in one line
Own growth end to end: bring people in, turn them into learners, keep them coming back, and grow revenue.
This role is not for you if you want a predictable 9-to-6 job or canʼt commit to it as your main focus. Weʼre building something big, and we need someone fully in.

Lumiverse (formerly reArmenia Academy) is a mission-driven Armenian education company created by reArmenia Foundation to transform education for the AI age and beyond. Since we launched our AI literacy courses in 2025, we have become Armenia' s leading AI education company. We have trained 12,000+ learners and partnered with 105+ organizations, including parliament, ministries, universities, and many of Armenia' s largest companies.
Our near-term goal: 1M+ AI-literate Armenians within 5 years, and Armenia as a global exporter of AI transformation by 2030.
But our goal is not only to teach people how to use AI tools. We want to rethink what education should look like in a world reshaped by AI: practical, lifelong, problem-based, multidisciplinary, and built around real human agency.

We teach an AI-first mindset, not just tools: how to solve real problems with AI and become ~10x more productive. More than 10,000 people have already joined our courses and webinars. RESPONSIBILITIES:
What youʼll do
- Own the full funnel: paid ads, landing pages, content, email/CRM, and community
- Plan and launch course campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, webinars)
- Run constant experiments, such as A/B tests on pages, ads, offers, and pricing, and scale what works
- Track the numbers weekly: leads, conversion, retention, revenue
- Coordinate designers, content creators, and teachers to ship campaigns fast
What success looks like
More people enrolling, more of them finishing and returning, and more revenue every month.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
What we need from you
- 2+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing, with results you can show in numbers
- Experience running paid ads (Meta; Google is a plus) and building or optimizing landing pages
- Comfort with data: analytics, funnels, simple dashboards
- Fluent Armenian and English; Russian is a strong plus
- Founder mindset: you work without supervision, move fast, take smart risks, and own the outcome
- 2+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing, with results you can show in numbers
- Experience running paid ads (Meta; Google is a plus) and building or optimizing landing pages

REMUNERATION/ SALARY:
Negotiable, strongly revenue-based with high upside
