Role description: Evoca is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the effective planning, coordination, enhancement, and implementation of banking and IT projects, particularly those related to the Mulberry system. The role will involve ensuring collaboration between business and IT teams, coordinating the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Mulberry system, and monitoring project timelines, risks, and the achievement of planned outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
What will you be doing?
• participate in the planning process of audit reviews; • coordinate the ongoing support of the Mulberry system, including identifying, analyzing, and resolving system-related issues; • collect, analyze, clarify, and formalize business requirements aimed at improving the Mulberry system and expanding its functionality; • develop proposals for improving the Mulberry system, taking into account the specifics of banking processes and the needs of the bank’s departments; • coordinate the implementation of changes, new functionalities, and enhancements to the Mulberry system; • identify, document, and analyze issues, discrepancies, and errors arising during the operation of the Mulberry system, and monitor their resolution; • organize testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Mulberry system changes and monitor the results; • develop and monitor project plans, timelines, progress, risks, and dependencies; • coordinate the work of various bank departments, IT teams, suppliers, and partners; • participate in collecting and clarifying business requirements and coordinating proposed solutions; • organize project meetings and monitor the implementation of decisions and assigned tasks; • prepare and present project status reports to management, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
What skills are we looking for?
• higher education in economics, management or finance; • mandatory experience working with the Mulberry system or involvement in its maintenance, support, and enhancement processes; • practical experience in project management is preferred; • experience in IT projects or working in an IT environment is preferred; • analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems systematically; • excellent communication and collaboration skills; • a strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach to work; • good command of Armenian and Russian; knowledge of English will be considered an advantage; • experience working with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools; • experience in formalizing business requirements, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes; • PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or other relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
