YOUR ROLE If you have hands-on social media experience, are passionate about content creation, and are ready to work in a purpose-driven, values-based environment, the Digital Communications Specialist role at the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) may be the right fit for you. You will be responsible for developing and managing COAF’s digital presence and content across platforms. This includes managing social media channels, creating compelling stories for our blog, developing regular newsletters, updating website content, and translating and editing materials in English. Working closely with teams across the organization, you will ensure that all published content aligns with COAF’s values, brand standards, and social mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ
Սոց. մեդիա մարքեթինգ
- Մշակել և վարել ՔՈԱՖ-ի սոցիալական ցանցերի բովանդակության օրացույցը (content calendar)՝ պլանավորումից և տեքստերի պատրաստումից մինչև հրապարակումների ժամանակացույցի կազմում և հրապարակում։
- Գրել գրավիչ և բրենդի ոճին համապատասխանող երկլեզու (հայերեն, անգլերեն) տեքստեր/նկարագրություններ:
- Ապահովել բովանդակության պարբերական հրապարակումը Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok հարթակներում։ Ամենօրյա կերպով հետևել նամակներին, մեկնաբանություններին և արագ արձագանքել դրանց։ - Սերտորեն համագործակցել արտադրական (production) թիմի հետ վիզուալ նյութերի պլանավորման և մշակման ընթացքում․ ըստ անհրաժեշտության իրականացնել հեռախոսային նկարահանումներ (stories/reels), ինչպես նաև վարել հարցազրույցներ ՔՈԱՖ-ի շահառուների, թիմակիցների և հյուրերի հետ։ - Պլանավորել և իրականացնել թիրախավորված գովազդային արշավներ (Meta Ads Manager)՝ ապահովելով հրապարակումների տեսանելիության աճը, լսարանի ընդլայնումն ու արշավների արդյունավետությունը։ - Հետևել սոցիալական մեդիայի հարթակների զարգացումներին, թրենդներին և նոր հնարավորություններին՝ դրանք ՔՈԱՖ-ի հաղորդակցության մեջ կիրառելու նպատակով։
Թվային բովանդակություն և PR
- Հաջողված պատմություններն ու նորությունները վերածել երկլեզու բովանդակալից հոդվածների/բլոգերի ՔՈԱՖ-ի կայքի համար։ - Մշակել և ուղարկել պարբերական տեղեկագրեր ՔՈԱՖ-ի աջակիցներին և գործընկերներին։ - Ըստ անհրաժեշտության թարմացնել ՔՈԱՖ-ի պաշտոնական կայքի տեքստային և վիզուալ բովանդակությունը։ - Ապահովել պարբերական հաղորդակցություն լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, կազմակերպել հարցազրույցներ, այլ հեռուստա/ռադիո եթերներ։ - Գրել և տարածել մամուլի հաղորդագրություններ ՔՈԱՖ-ի կարևոր իրադարձությունների, ծրագրերի մեկնարկի և նվաճումների վերաբերյալ։ - Պարբերաբար իրականացնել տարբեր նյութերի թարգմանություններ անգլերենից հայերեն և հայերենից անգլերեն։
Աճ և վերլուծություն
- Հետևել էջերի վիճակարգրությանը (ներգրավվածություն, տեսանելիություն, աճ)։ - Ներկայացնել ամսական հաշվետվություններ։ - Շարունակաբար բարելավել բովանդակության և սոցիալական մեդիայի ռազմավարությունը՝ հիմնվելով արդյունքների, լսարանի վարքագծի և ոլորտի թրենդների վրա։

RESPONSIBILITIES
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
- Develop and manage COAF’s social media content calendar, from planning and copywriting to scheduling and publishing. - Write engaging, on-brand bilingual copy and captions in Armenian and English. - Ensure consistent content publishing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok. Monitor messages and comments daily and respond promptly. - Collaborate closely with the production team to plan and develop visual content. When needed, capture content on a phone for stories and reels and conduct interviews with COAF beneficiaries, team members, and guests. - Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager to increase content visibility, grow audiences, and improve campaign performance. - Stay up to date on social media developments, trends, and emerging features, identifying opportunities to incorporate them into COAF’s communications.
DIGITAL CONTENT & PR
- Turn success stories and news into compelling bilingual articles and blog posts for COAF’s website. - Develop and distribute regular newsletters to COAF supporters and partners. - Update the written and visual content of COAF’s official website as needed. - Maintain regular communication with media representatives and coordinate interviews and television and radio appearances. - Write and distribute press releases covering COAF’s major events, program launches, and achievements. - Regularly translate materials from English to Armenian and Armenian to English.
GROWTH & ANALYTICS
- Monitor social media performance, including engagement, reach, and audience growth. - Prepare monthly performance reports. - Continuously improve content and social media strategy based on performance results, audience behavior, and industry trends.
YOUR TEAM As Digital Communications Specialist, you will join the Communications team and work under the direct leadership of the Communications Team Lead.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in communications and content creation in a relevant field, preferably in a nonprofit or marketing environment.- Native or near-native proficiency in English, excellent Armenian proficiency, with excellent writing and editing skills in both languages. - Strong storytelling skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice. - Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility. - Proficiency with social media tools and platforms. - Experience developing and managing website content. - Ability to work effectively within deadlines, independently drive projects forward, and take ownership of results. - Ability to collaborate closely with different teams in an open-office environment and willingness to receive constructive feedback and grow from it.
