Reports to: Individual Fundraising Officer
Background: WWF (Worldwide Fund for Nature) is one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, working to protect the planet’s natural environments and biodiversity. It focuses on tackling climate change, preserving wildlife, and promoting sustainable ways of living for people and nature to thrive together. WWF Armenian Branch (WWF-Armenia) is WWF international Branch in Armenia with efficient operating systems, professional and skilled staff, strong financial resources, delivering conservation impact on issues that are key for WWF Network Initiatives and other global conservation priorities. WWF Armenian Branch is guided by a strong conservation vision for the region.
Role purpose
Engage the public and convert them into monthly donors, representing WWF-Armenia with clarity, integrity, and energy.

Engage the public and convert them into monthly donors, representing WWF-Armenia with clarity, integrity, and energy.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Proactively approach people in high-footfall locations and secure monthly donations;
- Explain WWF-Armenia’s mission and projects clearly; handle questions and objections;
- Sign up donors on phone/tablet; capture accurate data in real time;
- Meet daily/weekly targets (conversations, sign-ups, conversion rate, average gift);
- Uphold brand standards, safeguarding, venue rules, and data privacy at all times;
- Share field feedback (locations, timing, pitch insights) to improve performance.
- Explain WWF-Armenia’s mission and projects clearly; handle questions and objections;

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Secondary education (higher education is an advantage);
- Armenian – mandatory; Russian/English – a plus;
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills, stress tolerance, and ability to work in a team;
- Result-oriented and disciplined approach;
- Previous experience in F2F/sales/NGO – an advantage, but not required;
- Age – 18+;
- Availability – at least 20 hours per week (including evenings/weekends).
- Armenian – mandatory; Russian/English – a plus;
