ՄԱՆՐԱՄԱՍՆ ՆԿԱՐԱԳՐՈւԹՅՈւՆ՝ 

About the Assignment
The International Center for Agribusiness Research and Education (ICARE) Foundation invites qualified individual experts, consulting companies, and other eligible legal entities to submit proposals for the provision of research expert services under the e-AQUAF (Smart Aqua Farming) project, implemented within the framework of the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021–2027.
The selected expert will prepare a research paper entitled:
"Technological Innovation and AI Readiness in Aquaculture: Armenia in the Context of the Black Sea Basin."


Key Responsibilities
The selected expert will:
- Assess the current state of technological innovation and AI readiness in Armenia's aquaculture sector;
- Review relevant EU policies, scientific literature, and previous EU-funded projects;
- Conduct consultations with key stakeholders;
- Identify technological gaps, opportunities, and investment priorities;
- Compare Armenia's aquaculture sector with developments in the Black Sea Basin region;
- Prepare a comprehensive research paper in English with practical recommendations for policymakers and industry stakeholders.

ՊԱՀԱՆՋՆԵՐ՝

Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- An advanced university degree in aquaculture, fisheries, environmental sciences, agriculture, engineering, information technologies, artificial intelligence, economics, or a related field;
- At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in research, policy analysis, or analytical studies;
- Demonstrated experience in aquaculture, digital technologies, AI applications, environmental monitoring, or innovation ecosystems;
- Experience in preparing research papers, analytical reports, or scientific publications;
- Excellent analytical and academic writing skills in English;
- Previous experience in EU-funded or international projects will be considered an asset.
Where the applicant is a legal entity, the proposed expert(s) shall collectively meet the above requirements.

Eligibility
The procurement is open to:
- Individual consultants;
- Consulting companies;
- Other eligible legal entities.

ԴԻՄԵԼՈւ ԿԱՐԳԸ՝ 

Applicants shall submit:
- Technical Proposal;
- Financial Proposal;
- CV(s) of the proposed expert(s);
- List of similar assignments completed during the last five years;
- At least two comparable research papers, analytical reports, or scientific publications;
- Declaration on Honour;
- Company Registration Certificate (for legal entities only).
