Baker Tilly Armenia is looking for an Assistant to the General Director to join its team.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office;
- Manage the General Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and accommodation;
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the General Director;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Ensure the General Director’s working environment is efficient and well-supported.;
- Review and format documents before presenting them to the General Director;
- Confidentially handle sensitive information.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- Knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular);
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English, both written and verbal;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Highly discreet, reliable, and trustworthy.
