: 
In the context of the social-economic situation in the RA, displaced populations of Nagorno-Karabakh face significant challenges in accessing essential services, protection, and resources.
Social workers serve as a vital link between these displaced individuals and the social support system, playing a key role in safeguarding their dignity, rights, and access to necessary assistance.
As the complexity of humanitarian needs grows, there is an urgent need to equip social workers with enhanced skills and tools—particularly in information management—to ensure that interventions are timely, data-driven, and aligned with humanitarian principles.
To strengthen the impact of their work, Acted is organizing expert-led workshops focused on improving information management capacities among social workers and community administrative staff. We are seeking a qualified expert to lead these workshops, helping to equip participants with the tools and practical methodologies needed for effective data collection, protection, and analysis.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
The Trainer will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing 3 one-day training courses for social workers of Tavush, Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor, and Syunik regions;
- Developing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises such as case studies and hands-on demonstrations of data collection and management tools;
- Conducting pre- and post-training tests to measure knowledge gain and changes in behavior related to information management practices;
- Presenting a final report, including participant feedback, workshop outcomes, and recommendations for future training or follow-up.
Deliverables:
- Detailed curriculum and schedule. A detailed outline covering workshop objectives, content and methodology;
- Development of high-quality learning materials, including participant handouts, presentation slides, and practical tools to support learning and engagement throughout the sessions;
- Pre- and post-training assessment reports. Design and implementation of evaluation tools such as pre- and post-training tests, feedback forms, and participant surveys to measure learning outcomes, levels of engagement levels, and overall program success;
- Final workshop report with analysis of participant feedback and recommendations for ongoing capacity building efforts.
Training outcomes:
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate skills in digital data gathering methods, tools, and platforms for digital data gathering;
- Apply data protection standards in their routine practice to facilitate confidentiality and security of sensitive information;
- Effectively manage data through data management best practices, cleaning, and data entry skills;
- Understand the types of sociological research that can be used for data analysis in community settings;
- Develop action plans for integrating the tools and strategies of the training into their current work and daily practice.
Duration:
- Each training will be a one-day session, with prior preparation and post-workshop reporting required.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- Have an academic background in social work, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus;
- Possess relevant educational qualifications and experience in data management and information systems;
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in digital data collection tools such as KoboToolbox and Google Forms;
- Have solid experience delivering training in data management, specifically in humanitarian or social sectors;
- Have outstanding facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Be fluent in Armenian and English.
